The Happiness Routine

The Happiness Routine

Peugeot

As the saying goes, the world belongs to those who get up early. And never mind if it was really meant to incite prompt action (vs. actually forcing someone out of bed early in the morning).

Taken literally, this adage gave birth to the phenomenon of the “morning routine”.  It has since been shared by bloggers of the internet and Navarre alike, specialists in personal branding, and other business heroes (stamped “LinkedIn Premium”).  The principle remains universal: revealing the small magical gestures (and other pragmatic secrets) to practice each morning for ultimate success at life. No more, no less.

In essence, it’s all about getting up at the crack of dawn (let’s say 6am), ingesting a healthy fruit or its juice, practice yoga, meditation, or any physical exercise in the living room (stirring your coffee doesn’t count), following that up with a first cold, and then lukewarm shower, breakfast while practicing your dragon's breaths, all before tackling the day with a light heart. Simple, right?

Except that in the long run, while these little habits seem healthy and uplifting (a little discipline and self-esteem can work miracles), they can also become alienating or even frustrating when met with the unpredictability of life, the tiny apartment, that long night - putting your efforts and your routine to bed.

If that sounds like you, Peugeot and its Rifter have invented the car for a unique morning routine – one that leads you straight to happiness.
