In the wake of BETC, La Bellevilloise founder Renaud Barillet will be opening a branch of his cult venue, Les Docks de la Bellevilloise. Switching back and forth between a lively canteen, a concert hall and an art gallery, it will be a place to sample new ideas and fresh tastes in a water-side setting.
His new neighbour, Augustin Legrand, will occupy a vast hall devoted to 100% organic products. With a micro-brasserie, a greengrocers, a butcher's, a fishmonger's and a cheese shop, this XL sized annex of Bichat, his 10th arrondissement canteen, will be selling enough good things to fill your whole collection of shopping baskets.
