Eco-responsible production, film sub-titling and audio-description… BETC is proud of its commitment to making advertising more ethical.
Since 2010, the leading French TV channels have offered subtitled versions of all their programmes. Well, almost all. Falling outside of this regulation, advertising spots often escape the rules. From 2014, BETC Paris has offered a subtitled version of every film produced by the agency. To find out more, click here.
To make its adverts accessible to the sight-impaired, BETC Paris has also initiated audio-description of its advertising films - launching the first message of this type on French TV in March 2015. Find out more about audio-description HERE through the film "The Prairie" by LU.

BETC calculates and bills the carbon contribution of each production project (film or photo shoot) to every client who chooses to participate. Every euro collected in this way is invested in a wind turbine project in New Caledonia, managed by the Climatmundi association. Thanks to the commitment of clients like Total, Danone and Petit Bateau, this initiative has already allowed us to finance the electrical output of four wind turbines, and so offset nearly a third of the CO2 emissions of the campaigns produced by BETC in 2015.
